What you accept at sign-in

I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, and have read and understood the Privacy Policy. I am at least 16, and if I am using Golden Pod for an organisation I am authorised to accept these on its behalf.

That statement is the box you tick on the sign-in form, before any account is created. Ticking it and continuing is your agreement. We record the date, your IP address, and the document versions you accepted — nothing more. The Privacy Policy is something you acknowledge you have read, not a waiver of any data right you hold.
